Refunds & Exchanges

We do not currently accept returns, but we will be happy to exchange your item for a different size, however, this is subject to stock levels. If you wish to exchange your abaya, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to exchange your abaya, please ensure it is in its original packaging and unworn. We have the right to decline an exchange if we feel the item has been worn, due to marks or smell once we receive it. Please contact us for more information before trying to send the item back to us.
